Qualification
B.Com / M.Com.
Key Requirements / Responsibilities
- Strong hands-on TallyPrime knowledge, preferably Edit Log version.
- Inventory transactions, stock inward/outward and inventory reconciliation in Tally.
- Salary, reimbursements, tour bills, travel and field expense accounting.
- Active participation in Tax Audits and preparation/review of supporting data.
- Accounts Receivable / Payable, ageing, bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- GST, TDS, Income Tax, Form 26AS and preferably GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Monthly MIS, outstanding reports, month/year-end closing and audit preparation.
- Strong MS Excel skills including formulas, filters and PivotTables.
Embedded Systems Engineer
Firmware and embedded development role for instrumentation, measurement and DAQ products, with strong hands-on PIC32 experience.
Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, ECE, Instrumentation, Computer Science or related discipline; MCA may be considered with relevant embedded experience.
Key Requirements / Responsibilities
- Strong PIC32 microcontroller-based firmware development experience.
- Embedded C / C++; Microchip MPLAB X IDE and XC32 Compiler.
- Interrupts, timers, ADC, PWM, GPIO, watchdogs and memory management.
- RS232, RS485, UART, SPI and I2C communication interfaces.
- Sensor interfacing, signal acquisition and electronic peripherals.
- Schematic/datasheet interpretation and board-level debugging.
- Added advantage: Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet, TCP/IP, USB, CAN, storage, PCB bring-up and Git.

Key Requirements / Responsibilities
- Read and assist in tender preparation, bidding and submission.
- Handle customer emails, calls and follow-ups professionally.
- Prepare quotations and commercial supporting documents.
- Assist with datasheets, proposals and technical documentation.
- Maintain tender, quotation and customer correspondence records.
- Good spoken and written English is required.
- Occasional travel to Roorkee HQ; assignments may extend to 1-3 weeks when required.
Electronics / Instrumentation Engineer – Installation & Testing
Hands-on field role for installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of sensors, dataloggers and instrumentation systems.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.
Key Requirements / Responsibilities
- Install, test and commission sensors, dataloggers and instrumentation systems.
- Perform wiring, cable termination, configuration and troubleshooting at sites.
- Use multimeters, soldering equipment and basic electronic test instruments.
- Read datasheets, manuals, wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
- Prepare installation, test and site visit reports using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Travel across India for short or extended site assignments.
Backend Office Administrator
Support documentation, stock information, MIS and tender-related activities. Ideal for a highly organized candidate with excellent Word and Excel skills.
Qualification
Graduate / Postgraduate - B.Sc., M.Sc., MCA or Diploma in Electronics.
Key Requirements / Responsibilities
- Document housekeeping, systematic filing, updating, tracking and retrieval.
- Maintain stock records, inventory information and MIS reports.
- Draft, format and compile tender documents and supporting submissions.
- Prepare reports, statements and trackers using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Very strong Word and Excel skills including formatting, tables, formulas and sorting/filtering.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and version control of company records.
