• Mechanical Engineering (B.E).
• MBA preferred.

Experience:-

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Industry-specific knowledge in electronics or mechanical sectors is highly desirable.

Job Summary:-
Record Tech Electronics is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a background in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, with an MBA as an added advantage. This role involves a mix of remote work and client visits, offering the flexibility of working from home while engaging directly with clients to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Identify and generate leads for new business opportunities in the electronics and mechanical sectors.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Conduct client visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements with clients.
